Delicious Oven-cooked Ribs
Here is a great recipe for BBQ ribs. The post I wrote yesterday made me yearn for that sweet delicious summertime treat. I know that I said cold weather doesn’t signal the end of barbeque season for me, but these oven cooked ribs are perfect for Sundays during football season. They aren’t as good as outdoor ribs cooked outside in the summer while enjoying my friends Outer Banks rentals but they do allow you to enjoy the football game without having to keep an eye on the grill. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
SERVES 4 -6 , 3 lbs Ribs

* 3 lbs pork back ribs
* 1 (8 ounce) jar honey

* 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
* 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
* 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
* 1 medium onion, grated or finely chopped
* 12 ounces barbecue sauce
* 1/4 cup white sugar

2. Cut ribs apart for easier serving.
3. Mix together making sure to coat all ribs with this semi-dry paste.
4. Spread ribs out evenly on bottom of pan.
5. cover lightly with foil.
