Vending Machine Guy
I tend to think of myself as a relatively simple guy when it comes to lunch at my place of work. I pack my lunch every night. My lunch usually consists of leftovers from the night before, something sweet that passes as a sort of dessert and I buy a drink at work. My drink of choice is usually an iced tea or a snapple. Sounds simple doesn’t it? Lately the vending machine guy has decided to throw a monkey wrench in the works by changing the drinks in the vending machine about 15 minutes before I take my lunch. This wouldn’t be a problem if he did his job properly and put the new drinks in the back. The only problem is we have a lazy vending machine guy who puts the new drinks in the front assuring that I get a warm drink. Is this guy intentionally trying to mess with me? Should I make alternative arrangements and inconvenience myself by adding a beverage to my daily packing list? Should I confront the Vending Machine Guy, I mean what right does he have to do his job poorly especially if it affects me and many others?
