My Long Weekend
My long Fourth of July weekend is almost here, so y’all know what that means. Bar-B-Q, fun in the sun and margaritas on the deck. Unfortunately that’s not all it also means three days to do work around the house. Now, I’m not sure what will be for my honey do list, but I’m sure it won’t be as fun as margaritas on the deck. Most likely I’ll spend two of my three days doing household projects like fixing the front step, and replacing lighting fixtures. Truthfully, I don’t find all of these tasks unpleasant it’s just that I don’t want to do them during the holiday weekend.
