Living With the Cat Woman
My cats are acting really strange lately. Actually I would say they are acting more like dogs than cats. What I mean by this is usually cats are aloof and independent where as dogs are more affectionate and needy. Lately I’ve noticed that whenever my girlfriend leaves the house they run to the door or window and start meowing. One of them even jumps into the window and starts clawing at the blinds (destroying them in the process). Which reminds me I ahve to upgrade from the standard Home Depot blinds to something sturdier like Bamboo Blinds.
When she comes home from work this behaviour repeats. When her car pulls into the driveway the cats run to the door to wait for her to come into the house, after which they follow her upstairs and wait while she changes her clothes. I don’t understand whats going on. I feed them and give them water, I even clean their litter box and I don’t get that kind of attention. What gives?
