Walk on the Wild Side

Ellipticals, recumbent bikes and steppers are all viable low impact ways to make sure you stay in shape while still enjoying a life of eating rich foods. If you enjoy a bit of scenery while you exercise you can put on your MBT shoes and go for a walk.
