My Movie Museum
I was just thinking what would be really cool is making a sort of museum for my favorite movies. Then I stumbled onto a website that sold moebius models of different models from movies. Since I am a huge science fiction fan this works out great for me since they seem to specialize in that particular genre. I also want to get figures of characters to set up in my little “museum”. I may even get into the hobby of painting my own miniatures since I have always thought that was pretty cool.
Replacing a Blown Hard Drive
Well my external hard drive just died, taking my entire collection of old football games with it. So not only am I forced to replace the hard drive but I also need to try to recover my videos. I think this time I am going to just pop in an internal hard drive since I seem to have much better luck with those. Right now I am looking at cheap hard drives and am pretty happy to see that the flooding over in Asia didn’t raise prices too much. I think this time I will get two identical drives to set up in a RAID arrangement so that my data gets stored in two places. If this latest hard drive crash has taught me anything its the importance of keeping data in more than one place.
