The Shoes are Made for Walking

Recently I started walking more. I figure if you are going to live the rich life (rich foods that is) its best to get as much cardio as possible. While I don’t do the buttcheek wiggling power walking you see in the Olympics I manage to keep a pretty good pace. The best part is that it is something that doesn’t force me to go out of my way. While it isn’t a full blown exercise routine giving my heart a half hour per day workout is probably as good as diet pills to keep weight off, while at the same time strengthening the bodies most important muscle.  I urge everyone to get out there and walk a bit.
