The Right Combination
You know me, I’m always looking for new and interesting ways to get motivated to stay in shape. I’ve come to the conclusion that I will never be the gym rat I was in my early twenties so I have to get creative. I still do free weights in my basement but one of the things that has recently caught my eye is Kettlebell training. I think if I combined it with my new found love for jumping rope I could end up with a combination that will keep me interested for quite some time. Especially since I am looking to tone up and build up my cardio rather than gaining bulk. As I get older the thought of carrying more weight just doesn’t seem as appealing as it did when I was 21.
