Seven Pounds in Seven Days
Seven pounds in seven days, not a loss but a gain. The biggest drawback to going on a cruise is how easy it is to overeat and under exercise. With food available literally twenty four hours a day and dozens of waiters just begging to bring you fruity drinks loaded with calories how can one not gain weight. The problem is that now vacation is over and its time get back in shape. Although I will resume exercising I also am planning to employ the help of a quick weight loss program to speed things up. Summer is fast approaching and I was making good progress on regaining my six-pack before my ship set sail.
