No Time For Nutrition

Since I work in retail this time of year I tend to develop really poor eating habits.  Working 12 hours a day doesn’t lend itself to healthy eating habits.  The only way I make it through the holiday season without keeling over is by using nutritional supplements. Normally, I try to cook a balanced meal even when I don’t feel like cooking.  However, working the kind of hours I tend to work this time of year wears on me.  When you leave home at 6 am and return at 7 pm its kind of hard to get motivated to spend time in the kitchen.  Usually this means I spend alot of time in the drive-thru.
