February 16th Fitness Report

Things are going well.  I can already see a significant amount of toning.  At my girlfriends request I decided to incorporate some more intense stretching into my overall fitness routine.  She has also convinced me to include a little bit of Pilates into my workout (don’t tell any of the guys at work).  At first I thought Pilates was for girls but I was amazed at the type of workout I ended up getting during my first 30 minute session.  It definitely seems like something I may continue in the future, as long as she doesn’t start making me wear tights.
