Coming Up With a Post Holiday Weight Loss Plan

Like many others I always put on quite a bit of weight this time of year.  One of the problems is that as I get older it becomes harder to shed the pounds.  I usually revise my eating habits and exercise schedule after the New Year which always seems to give me good results, but as I get older things do get harder.  Normally, I stay away from weight loss supplements because I am not really educated on the side effects of weight loss pills but I have been doing some digging.  It seems that the side effects aren’t nearly as bad as I had thought so now I am thinking weight loss pills could work their way into my rotation.
