A Definite Improvement

My new excercise routine is already paying off.  Although I may not be able to really see the physical results, mentally I feel exceptionally good.  It really is amazing how quickly excercise improves your mental well-being.  Now, if only I could find a way to build muscle fast, I’d be all set.  In the meantime I will just continue with my routine with hopes that the physical results equal the mental sometime in the future.
