Salmon on the grill is goooood!
So I was over a friends house the other day for a little get together. There weren’t many people over there, only three couples so six of us in total. He had a decent spread of Grilled Salmon, beans and rice and grilled vegetables. The meal was fantastic. After a couple of bottles of wine it didn’t occur to me to get recipes from him although I will get on that as soon as possible. I don’t imagine there is much prep work involved and the time from grill to plate was extremely fast. I hardly ever cook fish on the grill since I am more of a beef guy but the simplicity of it all justifies me giving it a try. As soon as I get the recipe I will post it for you all.
