Independence Day Revisited
To celebrated the anniversary of our independence I decided to throw a little barbeque. The menu was simple burgers, hot dogs, chicken and shrimp. We had potato salad and baked beans along with salad. For dessert we decided to go with what else but apple pie, what could be more american than that. The company was good, the drinks were cold and the food was grilled to perfection. To end the night we decided to walk down to the fireworks display and revel in the glow of patriotism. I couldn’t have asked for a better day.
