Dessert on Thanksgiving
So, I am trying to think of a Thanksgiving day menu. Last year I think I went a bit too far with making a few too many dishes. I do like having a variety of foods to enjoy on the grandest of all eating holidays but in the process I sacrificed quality. This year I am going to cut the menu by about one-third and focus on getting it right. Last year at this time I remember seeing a ton of food network shows on Thanksgiving meals but I have been monitoring my tv guide and still haven’t seen any. I am hoping they start running them soon since I am in desperate need of a kick-butt dessert.
