Can’t Wait for the NFL Draft
This weekend is a big weekend for me. NFL draft weekend, which is when football geeks like myself pretend to be GM’s and nitpick at all the moves the real professionals make. After cooking out early in the day I’ll probably split time between my television and my favorite football message boards. We’ll discuss things like how risky a prospect is Percy Harvin, where Andre Smith should go in the draft or did getting rid of TO really give the Silver and Blue Advantage over the rest of their division. My girlfriend will be forced to deal with nothing but football for about 8 hours each day. The bright side for her is that I will cook enough food to feed an army. Ribs, Buffalo Wings and Burgers are all on the menu. They will be accompanied by all kinds of side dishes and of course Margaritas and the like, so really its a pretty good deal for her as well.
