Baby Steps
Since I am planning on getting more physically fit I figured I would start by taking baby steps. Today is the beginning of my yet to be determined plan on cutting calories and improving my overall health. The first thing to go is pop or soda (depending on where you are from). I drink way too much of it, instead I will opt for more water and 100% juice. Hopefully taking these measures will lower my caloric intake by a sizable margin. I will give water a try for a little while and then re-evaluate what I need to do. It could be that reducing my sugars is enough or maybe I need to step up my level of activity. Who knows maybe I’ll have to try one of the wonder pills out there like alli. In any case I plan on keeping this process as scientific as possible in order to gain the results I want while inconveniencing myself the least amount possible.
